Induction
The activ induction day is held in-person over one day. There are online follow up mentoring sessions with Katie Bullon over the first 2 months.

activ’s franchisee support panel is a new feature at activ which is a team of carefully selected professionals who are available at induction and at intervals to support franchisees with personal and professional growth.
The most appropriate panel members will be selected for each induction based on franchisee requirements.
The panel covers topics such as:

- Personal branding
Ongoing training
The activ Digital Marketing Franchise encourages continued learning throughout your business journey. The world of digital marketing is ever-evolving and they recognise the importance of staying up to date or ahead of the game. This is why activ offer their very own CPD.
As an activ Digital Marketing franchisee you will have access to regular training seminars hosted by an experienced plug-in head office team. You can achieve full training accreditation and retain marketing expertise status.
Training webinars are run every two weeks, and materials are held within their bespoke franchisee management system. You will have access to each seminar and training manual.
Financial information
Franchisees are required to pay £15,000 minimum investment upfront with a £250/month management fee which increases in stages during the first 12 months to reach this figure. First three months have no management fee.
