How does the UK Business Mentoring Group franchise model work?
UK Business Mentoring Group franchisees provide support, guidance, and help to owners of SME businesses, enabling them to scale their business and plan for a future exit. This is done by initially conducting a full review of the business and then helping the owner put right anything that needs correcting and devising a strategy for the future.
As a member of the UKBM team you will be supported by the franchisor and the rest of the team.

Who are you looking for?
UK Business Mentoring Group look for people who have had years of experience working at a senior level in a business, maybe having run their own business or operated at a senior management level in the corporate world.
Ultimately the franchise is looking for people with strong communications skills, who are personable, driven, and most importantly get real satisfaction out of helping others.
Training and support
UK Business Mentoring Group can’t train you in all you need to know about business, the majority of that has to come from your own years of experience. However the franchise team will train you in how to use its brand materials and processes as well as how to obtain clients.
Financial information
The initial franchise fee is £27,500+VAT(refundable) and UK Business Mentoring Group expect franchisees to see a return on investment within year one. Anticipated earnings are: year one - £45,000, year two - £90,000, year three - £150,000 (although the level you achieve is up to you). UK Business Mentoring Group does not issue franchisees targets, so you will set your own based on what you wish to achieve.
