It believes that running your own business means true independence, working from anywhere, and bringing stunning holiday experiences to yourself, your family and your customers.
With over 20 years in the business and 550-plus partners and growing, The Travel Franchise has everything you need to get started immediately. “We finished training at 3.00 pm on the Friday,” say franchisees Natasha and James, “and by 4.30 pm on the same day, we had our first booking. And it was from a complete stranger! What an amazing feeling!”
How does the franchise model work?

• ABTA and ATOL protected holidays to choose from
• Access to £1bn in holiday-buying power every year
• Best-in-market terms with over 450 travel suppliers
• Use of bespoke travel business packages like Vision CRM

What type of franchisee is The Travel Franchise looking for?
The Travel Franchise family comes from all walks of life – from 18-year-olds who want to forge their own career to couples in search of a change, to those who simply aren’t ready to retire. Many have never considered a travel agency business before and almost none of them came from the industry.
“Not once in this job have I sat down in front of my laptop and thought: ‘Oh, I’ve got to go to work or I’ve got to do this’. It doesn’t feel like work,” says franchisee Philippa.
“I love doing what I do. I love meeting clients. I love speaking to my couples and building honeymoons for them. I don’t for one second ever feel like I’m working.”
All the team asks is that you share their passion for travel and the drive to grow your business!
What training and support is provided?
When you join, you get a pre-training programme, as well as five days induction training (delivered live online and rated “excellent” on TrustPilot). But this is only the start of your journey.
As soon as you complete the programme, you meet your business development manager. They’re not your boss but they are by your side every step of the way, with the advice, support and insider tips to take from your first bookings to six-figure annual earnings.
You’ll also get access to regular webinars and live training on business growth, marketing and sales, plus, continuous travel education from the head office team.
All Elite agents get the opportunity to join overseas training trips. The ‘Millionaire’s Retreats’ and ‘Elite Experiences’ are opportunities to boost your business, taking on board all the strategic tips and tricks to grow your company and client base.
The Travel Franchise also hosts regular events with guest speakers and business leaders both on and offline.
How much does The Travel Franchise cost?
As a franchisee, you can choose from a Lite, Elite, Entrepreneur or Supreme package, ranging from £2,995+VAT to £29,995+VAT, depending on the size of travel business you want to build.
The business model is based on commission – and the company is proud to say it is the best in the field at up to 85 per cent. So you really can settle into executive-level earning potential, where even a couple of sales a week means a significant boost to your income.
If you want to go all the way to the top, The Travel Franchise will teach you how to find customers who spend extra on once-in-a-lifetime holidays and need a bespoke service to make that happen. Its largest bookings run to £100,000 or more per trip, and you could be the franchisee who helps make that happen.
You could also dive into the corporate side, arranging holidays for companies and groups with its unique Partners In Travel programme, where the sky really is the limit.
What locations or territories is The Travel Franchise looking to operate in?
Since you can run this business as a work from home franchise, it has franchises for sale literally anywhere you are or want to be. Picture yourself sending team-builders on safari in South Africa while you sip coffee in Bruges, or sending newlyweds to Egypt while you put your feet up under a parasol in southern France. There are no geographical restrictions to you or the travel you want to sell!
What are the franchise terms of agreement and renewal?
The Travel Franchise offers a new franchise owner 12-month or 36-month agreements, depending on the package you choose. There are no renewal fees.
Why is The Travel Franchise a good investment?

How in demand are the services provided by The Travel Franchise?
There are over 40 million holidaymakers in the UK every year, according to ABTA. That’s a lot of potential customers. You only need a client base of a few hundred of those to create an amazing travel business.
Take a leaf out of franchisee Liam’s book. As the world opens back up, he’s placed himself at the centre of unprecedented demand for travel as people hurry to make up for lost time. “It’s amazing,” he says. “I mean, we’re almost to the point now where we’re struggling to keep up with inquiries. People are so keen to be travelling again.”
There’s true value in booking with a travel professional who can sort out your holiday problems if anything goes wrong – and you could become that expert for your clients.
