The annual WorkBuzz survey, which quizzes franchisees anonymously, found Aspray’s network was deeply satisfied
Claims management franchise, Aspray, has received a Five-Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award following the results of an anonymous survey conducted by third party, WorkBuzz.
The Aspray franchise network was assessed across six key areas: training and support, leadership, franchise system, value and rewards, culture and relationships, and general satisfaction.
All franchisee respondents said they were proud to be franchisees with Aspray, while also indicated that they were motivated to go the extra mile for their customers.
This is the third time Aspray has achieved these results and received WorkBuzz’s award.
