The franchise is excited to introduce Julia Lawson from Trilogy Coaching to the team
BabyBeats has joined up with Julia Lawson from Trilogy Coaching to bring franchisees the highest level of business coaching.
Rose Gibson, the founder of BabyBeats, says: “When franchisees come on board with us, they come from all walks of life, sometimes from long term employment. When going from employment to running your own business you sometimes have to reset your brain in terms of how you are working and the methods needed to gain the most from every opportunity.”
While BabyBeats provides business support and set up, it believes that it is crucial to have someone delivering workshops and training on mindset.
“We want all of our teachers to reach their full potential and be supported through the whole journey,” adds Rose.
So much of success is determined by mindset as we go through the motions of life and business, and often once you take the leap into a new venture you can have feelings of self-doubt and anxiety. These can prohibit you from working to your full potential and achieving your goals.
Having someone as knowledgeable and approachable as Julia onboard helps BabyBeats franchisees to make the transition into owning their own business a really positive and exciting experience.
They learn to make lasting positive changes in all aspects of their lives because instead of tackling and solving individual problems that arise at certain stages, Julia assists in figuring out the limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that lead to these problems in the first place.
Julia states: “Imagine, just imagine for a minute what it would feel like if the voice in your head was your biggest cheerleader? Telling you, you can do anything. You can take the risk, you can make a change. Imagine the possibilities of how different your life could be? That’s what my job is all about.”
Having a dedicated business development coach helps franchisees go that extra step, helps you to understand any negative beliefs or natural worries when starting a new business that are holding you back from achieving your full potential.
Here are some comments from BabyBeats franchisees emphasising the benefits of the additional coaching:
“The coaching sessions have been interesting and thought provoking, providing an opportunity to really drill down into your business and look at it from a different perspective. I feel more empowered knowing how to explore any barriers that I may face in my business and having the tools to address them. I believe coaching is a great asset, whether it’s in business or personal life - someone looking in from the outside with a fresh, unbiased perspective.” – Kerry, BabyBeats Stoke Central
“The sessions have been a really welcome addition to an already informative training programme. They’re very engaging and uplifting. They’re helping me look at myself and both my abilities and concerns in a different light and providing tools to overcome these, which to someone who is in a new field, is very refreshing and motivational.” - Beth Cunliffee, BabyBeats and BabyBeats Before Birth Warrington Central
“These sessions have been really useful. I was not sure what to expect from business coaching and although unsure, I tried to keep an open mind. The sessions have been very helpful with challenging my mindset and how I approach my business. I feel I have been able to take a step back and look at my business from a different angle.” - Rebekah Cunliffe, BabyBeats Sheffield North
