Bridgewater Home Care in Wigan receives outstanding ‘perfect 10’ score

The Bridgewater Home Care team in Wigan is celebrating after achieving an outstanding ‘perfect 10’ review.

The score was published on the leading independent review site, homecare.co.uk, and was achieved through an accumulation of all reviews on the platform.

The ratings were based upon clients’ own experiences of the quality of staff, care provided, management,  dignity of care and value for money.

Registered care manager, Shaneil Gaskell, has praised her team for the outstanding care they deliver.

Shaneil added: “I am over the moon! We have such an amazing team and due to the standard of care and support our team provide to clients, together we have achieved a 10 out of 10 score!”

Every care specialist that joins Bridgewater Home Care is trained by the in-house training team in all aspects of care before they can begin delivering care to clients.

The news of their achievement came during Professional Care Workers Week which saw Bridgewater Home recognise the efforts of all care workers across the country.

Shaneil was thrilled to share the news with her team, commenting: “What a week to get a 10/10 review score, during Professional Care Workers Week! I am just so proud of our team.”

Bridgewater Home Care Wigan held a ‘Thank You’ afternoon to show their appreciation for the hard work and dedication the team demonstrates every single day.

The team was also greeted with tea and cakes, balloons, games and cards and messages of thanks from Shaneil and the wider Bridgewater Home Care office team.
