The Travel Franchise hosted its ‘Seminar at Sea’ training cruise, which welcomed 85 franchisees on board, as well as company spokesperson, Eamonn Holmes
Franchisees from The Travel Franchise were invited to board a cruise ship for a five-night training retreat which sailed from Southampton to Scandinavia.
Steve Witt, co-founder of the franchise, alongside Eamonn Holmes and brand ambassador, Hayley Sparkes, were also in attendance.
Workshops focused on providing best practice advise around increasing profit in the cruise market, applying growth strategies, and elevating the brand further.
Franchisees also had the opportunity to sample what luxury cruise trips entail by sampling Michelin-starred menus, tasting cocktails, and listening to cruise experts.
Andy Richardson, a The Travel Franchise franchisee in attendance, said: “This has been an amazing experience in every way. I’m learning so much about how to grow my cruise sales, my travel business and about the amazing Princess brand. I’m blown away by the quality of everything onboard.”
Steve Witt, co-founder of The Travel Franchise, also said: “The training our consultants have received has been laser-focused on increasing profits through product knowledge, social media skills, mindset and business strategy. We have created a winning formula that results in significant sales success for absolutely everyone involved.”
The ‘Seminar at Sea’ initiative is run regularly and is open to franchisees across The Travel Franchise network.
