West Hertfordshire franchise to open in April already signing up personal assistants
Ten-year care industry veteran, Hub Care Support, has welcomed aboard its second set of franchisees. Adam and former head office employee, Amy, will open their West Hertfordshire franchise in April.
Amy has worked in care ever since she left school and joined Hub Care Support as a personal assistant six years ago. “Joining Hub Care Support was a real no-brainer,” says Amy. “I knew I was on to something special.”
The team at Hub Care Support also saw something special in Amy as she was asked to move into an office position three years ago.
When Hub Care Support launched as a franchise, Amy used all her experience to also work for three months with its first franchisees in Berkshire. From there, she was able to see exactly how the franchise worked and quickly decided she wanted in!
Adam, an insurance risk assessor, was a slightly harder sell, but after casting his expert eye over the franchise proposition, any doubts were quickly dismissed. Not yet open, the husband and wife team have already hired plenty of PAs (personal assistants) and registered them with the Quality Care Approval Scheme (QCAS).
