The business revealed the results of its performance review and outlined key areas of improvement for franchisees, as well as successes.
This led to the marketing and business plan for 2024/25, which aimed to set up numerous goals and strategic initiatives.
Katie Bullon, managing director, led a session on cultivating a growth mindset. Attendees learned how to embrace challenges, foster resilience, and drive personal and professional growth within their franchises.

Jen from the Ludlow territory who presented on creating engaging Instagram Reels.
Mark from the Kingston territory who provided insights on SEO tactics to boost online visibility.
A new franchise show reel was revealed, which will be used to promote the business and its franchise network opportunities.
A cameraman and photographer were on hand to gather high-res content which new franchisees will be able to use during their business launch.
The head office team presented a training schedule for the upcoming year which is designed to equip franchisees with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their businesses and is part of an internal CPD scheme.
Four franchisees were recognised for their performance across various territories, as part of the activ Awards.
The awards aimed celebrate the dedication, hard work, and success of franchisees, as well as inspire others within the network to strive for excellence.
