Alan says: “This has been an amazing year. We have had the ups and we have had the downs, including the van breaking down, but we wouldn’t have got through the year without the support and guidance from the team at My Window Cleaner.
“It’s not all down to team Canterbury, it’s team My Window Cleaner and, of course, not forgetting the support the customer services team have given.”
Ian Bradley, My Window Cleaner’s franchise director, says the results achieved by Alan and Charlotte don’t come easy.
He adds: “Alan and Charlotte have been focused and dedicated to starting and growing their business and are now reaping the rewards.
“Our bespoke IT system demonstrates the scalability of the business opportunity to become true business owners and grow from a one-person operation to more of a management style format.
“Our other franchise partners are also proving the model, regardless of geography and competition. I am now looking to grow the network further, ensuring we grant territories to the right quality of person and assist them in growing a great business.”
