New Burger & Sauce franchisee to ‘Get Saucy’ with latest Sutton Coldfield opening

Burger & Sauce’s newest franchise will open in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.  Shahid Hamid will manage the new Sutton Coldfield Burger & Sauce set to launch on the high street at the end of March 2023.

Saad Masood, founder of Burger & Sauce, says: “We are delighted to welcome Shahid as a franchisee for Burger & Sauce.  He has a solid fast-food background having gained experience working with several household name QSR brands over the years. In addition, he has run his own commercial and domestic gas installation business and so understands our relentless focus on great customer service.  With our training and support as a franchisor, he is now perfectly placed to grow his Burger & Sauce franchised restaurant’s sales in Sutton Coldfield.”

Shahid adds: “Joining Burger & Sauce as a franchisee is a career change from running my installation business. However, I’m super excited! I’ve seen first-hand how popular the restaurants are and following extensive in-store training I’m now ready to ‘Get Saucy’ and work with my team to serve up the freshest, tastiest burgers in Birmingham!”

Burger & Sauce was originally created by Saad Masood at the age of 28, during the midst of the pandemic. The brand was an instant hit and continues to expand with 20 restaurants confirmed to be open by the end of 2023. The award-winning fast-food franchise chain is now trading successfully in the Bull Ring, Castle Vale, Alum Rock, Kings Heath, Walsall, Nottingham, Derby, West Bromwich and Leicester.

Our successful concept has now been proven in multiple locations and we continue to invite applications from potential franchisees, ideally with food industry experience, who live within two hours’ drive of Birmingham.”
