The building and construction industry is proving to be the lifeblood of the economy and The Kleaning Company is right in the thick of it
The Kleaning Company‘s (TKC) new Manchester office, which will be opening in November, will be headed by George Gologan.
Prior to becoming the latest Kleaning Company franchise owner, George was operations manager. He joined TKC as a cleaner in 2014 and very quickly moved up the ladder to become a supervisor, before reaching the giddy heights as operations manager in 2016.
George knows the Kleaning Company business inside out and felt it was time for a new challenge. He is currently taking a month off before moving up to Manchester in October to embark on this new chapter in his life.
Manchester’s construction industry is booming and having completed many jobs for TKC in Manchester over the years George felt that it was the perfect location to launch the next Kleaning Company office, and TKC could not agree more and wish him all the best.
With the recent announcements of the most radical reforms to the UK planning system since the Second World War, building better homes where people want to live has become much easier. The new regulations will give greater freedom for buildings and land in town centres to change use without the planning permission previously required, thus, creating new homes from the regeneration of vacant and redundant buildings. In a move to kick start the construction industry and speed up rebuilding, under the new rules, existing commercial properties, including newly vacant shops, can be converted into residential housing more easily. Thus, TKC has never been needed more.
