No Letting Go celebrates its 2023 conference with former Major

No Letting Go has celebrated the many achievements of its franchisees during its annual conference at Ashbourne Hill in Royal Leamington Spa.

This presented an opportunity for franchisees to share experiences with others and learn new tactics from some of the headline speakers.

This year the network was joined by Scotty Mills, former Major of the royal marines, who shared his insights on performance, resilience and the power of teamwork. Scotty spent 30 years with the Green Berets in addition to mentoring many teams including Gareth Southgate and the English football squad and the Womens’ Olympic hockey team.

The conference also featured an award ceremony in recognition of outstanding performance from the very experienced offices to the newest joiners, in different aspects of the business. 

Justine Tomlinson, head of operations, commented: “We love celebrating the amazing network of franchisees at No Letting Go, and the annual conference allows us to give back to everyone involved in making our service outstanding.”

Jen Bath, from the Portsmouth and Winchester office, added: “I joined No Letting Go a year ago and it has been a whirlwind of learning and growth.  The support from Head Office has been amazing every step of the way, and meeting so many colleagues at the conference who have experienced my journey or are at the start of it has been a very uplifting experience. I will return back to my team with renewed energy and more ideas to drive our service forward in the approach to our very busy period in the summer months”.
