A specialist cleaning company is moving into franchising to satisfy the growing demand for its services in the UK.
SOLVED365 has spun out of Total Solutions Group, which was launched in 2014 by Sharmin Akter.
Sharmin, who was recently crowned Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2018 Asian Business Awards, explains: “We have a large number of high value national accounts and we want these to be serviced by our own network of ambitious franchise owners, who have been trained to work to our very high standards.
“More importantly though, our franchisees are trained and supported to build their business first and foremost through locally sourced work.
“They do this through networking, great marketing and customer referrals, so when they do get national account work from head office it’s a nice bonus for them.”
Sharmin has developed a formal franchise structure for SOLVED365 with the help of a British Franchise Association accredited consultant and piloted it successfully.
She adds: “We have undergone a feasibility study and are excited about not only what this growth will mean for us, but for the franchise owners who join us.
“Few services are as commonly outsourced as cleaning. Cleaning remains a necessity and the potential financial, quality and convenience benefits of outsourcing continue to provide an attractive proposition, even during periods of economic uncertainty.”
SOLVED365 franchisees will be providing commercial contract cleaning services.
As well as full training, support and access to national accounts, the franchise package includes an exclusive territory, marketing assistance and a 24/7 helpline.
SOLVED365 currently has opportunities in London, Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Cobham, Redhill, Gatwick borders on the M23 and A23, Reading, Oxford, Birmingham, West Thurrock and Cardiff.
