Triple crown at revered industry awards for EweMove

EweMove franchisees are setting the industry standards for outstanding customer service, response times and outcomes for their customers

EweMove is celebrating after becoming the first ever estate agency to win the ‘triple crown’ at the UK’s biggest agency event, the EA Masters Awards.

Hosted at Evolution in Battersea, London, the estate and lettings agency franchise proudly came away with the Best National Award for three categories: Lettings Agencies, Sales Agencies and Sales & Lettings Agencies.

Measured against 15,000 other estate agencies in the UK through sophisticated software, TwentyEA, entrants were rigorously assessed based on listings volume, throughputs, sales rates, completions and much more. The top 20 per cent of performers were then put through practical assessment with mystery shoppers at every stage of the sales and lettings processes. Throughout, agencies were scored and reviewed based on their response times, response quality and overall delivery of service. And EweMove excelled in all areas.

Nick Neill, managing director of EweMove, believes it is thanks to the unwavering, collective efforts from every member of ‘the flock’ that they are able to celebrate such an achievement.
