- Home Care – delivering a little extra support that people might need. Care services can be provided on a live-in or visiting basis to promote independence and quality of life.

How does the Aegis Care Solutions franchise model work?
The business is designed to be a management franchise. As such, your responsibility will be to manage and operate the business, but not deliver the care at home services yourself. Care services will be controlled by the franchisee and their registered manager, with care delivered by carers.
The Aegis Care Solutions head office team will support you by delivering guidance and advice. Support includes helping you with care staff in the early stages of your business, plus assistance and guidance with the Overseas Migrant Workers scheme which can help with staff recruitment and staff supply.
Your business must be CQC registered before starting to trade. You must employ a qualified registered manager (unless you intend to undertake that role yourself). The business will support you with both of these regulatory requirements.
You will employ and motivate your own dedicated care team. In addition, you will operate, manage, promote, and develop your business, always maintaining the highest standards of regulations, compliance, and care at home service quality which Aegis Care aims for.
You will be responsible for setting up and developing the business in your local community. You will need to operate from business premises – the business recommends a serviced office facility, at least initially as you establish your business. The franchise says that it’s important that you follow its proven systems and processes, operating practices, and use its technologies.
What type of franchisee is Aegis Care Solutions looking for?
You don’t need to have previous experience in the care sector to join Aegis Care Solutions. With the brand’s experience, expertise, and ongoing support, you can establish your care business to achieve profitability.
The business will offer franchise agreements to individuals who are passionate about caring for others, have natural people management skills, and are service-orientated. Key qualities the brand is looking for include:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commitment to operating your business on a day-to-day basis

What locations is Aegis Care Solutions looking to target?
Aegis Care Solutions are looking to sign franchise agreements across the UK.
What are the franchise terms of agreement and renewal?
