The franchisee training course starts off in the UK corporate head office in Watford, Herts. It is recommended that a franchisee and their life/business partner attend these trainings at the same time.

It is important from the start that a franchisees’ team work and train together. This first week you will be introduced to all aspects of the training and its processes.

The team will walk you through the major points of the process to opening and trading.

• NOW document – A process document used to work together and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Go Live – The opening week.
• Support – At the end of your “Go-live” opening week, Zerorez will start to work with you to support your business growth and development.
• Business reviews – The franchise works with you to review your service delivery and financials to focus on your planned growth.
• Annual conference – This is an opportunity to attend and enjoy a variety of learning and shared experiences. All hotel, subsistence and travel expenses are met by the attendees.

To support its franchisees, Zerorez harnesses technology to improve its operations in the form of an app-based business and customer management system.

Financial information

You’ll need to invest £25,000 capital, plus further financing of £25,000, which is available from the government Start Up Loan scheme, subject to status (this is an unsecured personal loan).

Your investment will establish a solid foundation to be a profitable business after your first year. From there, your business should scale year-on-yeas as the repeat customer base grows and you shift focus to other area of the business.

Profit margins across the franchise network after your first year are typically between 15–20%.
