Training and support
Brand induction and initial training: URBAN’s comprehensive training plan covers all aspects of managing and running a successful URBAN Fresh Burgers & Fries restaurant. This includes a five-day brand induction and a five-week training programme to equip your key people with the essential knowledge and skills they’ll need to operate your new restaurant with confidence and ease.
Post-launch: Two full weeks of mentoring will be provided to your team during the first week of operations. Additional support and training is always available upon request.
Ongoing training: Your team, also known as Burger Masters, should be immersed in the URBAN brand, values, policies and station training, to ensure quality remains high across the brand. To help you achieve this, you’ll be provided with all the URBAN training materials required to maintain health and safety compliance and operational standards.
URBAN HQ’s role will be to manage the centralised supply chain and supplier accounts so franchisees can focus on growing their new business. HQ will also handle all the national PR and marketing activity, including the website, app and socials, all while providing localised marketing support when you want it.
