Every Chai Green franchisee will receive comprehensive training prior to opening, which will cover best practices in food hygiene and health and safety compliance. It will aid in obtaining the correct food hygiene qualifications if needed and then cover practical training where you will learn the ins and outs of running a successful Chai Green franchise. This will be working in the flagship store beside the head chef to understand the operations of the business and the spending some time in the front of house, going back to basics and learning how it provides great service to guests.

Chai Green will then cover back-office training, accountancy, HR, recruitment, IT and supply chains. If you are new to running a business, it will provide you with all the support you need.
