Card Group International was founded in Sweden in 1997 and is an award-winning international franchise organisation. It has master franchisees in more than 40 countries worldwide.

The franchise sells a unique and high quality range of greeting cards, gift bags, gift wrap, stickers, party products and accessories.

How does the Card Group franchise model work?

You will have your own territory and provide a sales and merchandising service to stores. You will be responsible for administration and ordering products for your stores from the master franchisee.

A win-win system has been developed where stores only pay for what they sell so they have as little risk as possible.

Your business can be run from home with low operational and overhead costs. You will need a car, telephone, computer, and a small storage area.

Card Group provides you with:

• Initial training, thereafter start up support in your area, and then regular support ongoing.
• A complete business system to help you run a successful business which includes access to the intranet manual and web shop for ordering and sales and promotional materials.

What type of franchisee is Card Group looking for?

Ideally, you will have sales experience and a network of retail store contacts but this is not a requirement.

• Likes dealing with people and is good at building strong customer relationships with his or her customer base.

Training and support

You will be trained and supported by a Card Group master franchisee who is based in the UK.

Approximate investment is £35,000. Revenue generated will depend on the roll out capabilities of the franchisee.
