The franchise brand says 80% of clients saw increase to revenue and profit over the past 12 months
Business coaching franchise, ActionCOACH, has reported a strong end to 2024, having released the findings of its annual client survey.
Results found that 91% of clients would recommend ActionCOACH, while 80% of clients have seen their revenue and profit increase over the past 12 months.
ActionCOACH’s Client Advocacy Score (CAS) index – which measures client satisfaction, loyalty, and the likelihood of referrals, was also announced to be 83.55. The brand likens the index to that of the commonly used Net Promoter Score (NPS).

The ranking was based on various criteria including financial performance, heritage, community contributions, and commitment to innovation.
