ActionCOACH gets top marks in recent client satisfaction survey

In September 2020, 821 clients completed ActionCOACH‘s client satisfaction survey. This was conducted by independent research agency WorkBuzz.

97 per cent of clients said their Action Coach had made a positive difference to their business. “We have grown as a business by over 50 per cent. The business is more organised and I have so much more confidence in our values, service levels and KPIs. I can now clearly see where the business is heading,” said Leanne Parratt, MDM Vehicle Deliveries Ltd.
