This international franchise is ready to meet growing demand for B2B transportation services
In 1981, a premium logistics company was founded in Metz, France, providing express logistics for local customers. As the company expanded rapidly, it evolved into a large European group in the transportation industry, bringing together several specialised companies under the Redspher scope.
To speed up its global growth, Flash launched its first franchise in Turkey with one unit, which has now grown into a master franchise with nine units across the country.
Now, the brand has 16 franchises across countries such as Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Serbia, Tunisia, and Morocco – with sights now set on making an entrance into the UK market.
“We are confident that the market is highly addressable for us. According to leading British market research firms, this sector represents a £660 million opportunity for premium logistics,” says Ilayda Yazlak, business development manager at Flash.
UK market ambitions
Flash plans to open 15 exclusive units across the UK, leveraging its premium B2B offering, which it likens to an ‘ambulance’ in the logistics industry - delivering rapid, critical, 24/7 transportation services that set it apart from the competition.
Clients include big brands such as automotive companies, which have sizable budgets for premium logistics, since supply delays can cause them significant penalties.
“Redspher had 30,000 active shippers and worked with 15,000 carriers in 2023,” says Ilayda, reflecting the scale of operations supporting these demanding industries.
The franchisee experience
As a franchisee, you’ll have exclusive rights to a protected territory, allowing you to grow your business without internal competition. Flash provides training and ongoing support to help the units succeed in the premium freight industry.
Franchisees also benefit from Flash’s supplier platform, Rubiwin.com, which grants access to a large network of trusted freight providers. In other words, there is no need for your own fleet to launch the business. Plus, Flash offers access to R:tech, a digital system that simplifies operations, improves communication, and keeps you informed in real time.
“We focus on the B2B franchise model, which sets us apart from other options and is centred on a development approach,” explains Ilayda. “The market and clients are accessible for this franchise model; we simply need someone to represent our brand as a franchisee.”
