Children’s dance business awarded five-star rating by franchisees
babyballet has been awarded a five-star rating in WorkBuzz’s Franchisee Satisfaction Benchmark Survey - the first time the children’s dance franchise has taken part in the independent poll.
Franchisees rate their franchisor on six key criteria: training and support, leadership, the franchise system, value and rewards, culture and relationships and general franchisee satisfaction.
babyballet’s survey results included a 98 per cent score for trust in the leadership team, with 98 per cent of franchisees feeling their ideas were valued and 100 per cent saying they were proud to be part of the company.
Claire O’Connor, founder of babyballet, says: “We’re incredibly proud to have been awarded a five-star rating.
“After a difficult 18 months for businesses in the UK, especially in the arts sector, it’s credit to our wonderful head office team that our network of franchisees have praised our ongoing commitment and support for what they do.
“Maintaining our standards is the absolute minimum we expect of ourselves.
“We always strive to go above and beyond for our franchisees to make the delivery of our service sparkle for the children taking part.”
The results of the survey produce a benchmark for franchise brands, while top scoring franchises are eligible to enter WorkBuzz’s highly regarded annual awards, which will be held later this year.
Sharon Weston, head of franchising at WorkBuzz, says: “There are only 10 winners of our five-star franchisee satisfaction award so far this year, with more than 70 surveys launched.
“babyballet should be proud their achievements.”
