Ed Brewer, managing director of Dream Doors, owes the success to the company’s constant push to upskill showroom workers and improve lead generation and conversion rates. “Our top 10 showrooms all turned over in excess of £90,000 each in July,” he continued. “We’re generating and converting more leads than ever before because we are continuing to invest heavily in social media output and pay-per-click advertising.”
The franchise is also delivering a new training program to showroom staff to make them more effective at helping franchisees to find more business and close more sales.
“Over the next three months, we are aiming to beat our July turnover again and have our first ever £5 million (a) month,” said Brewer. “It’s no surprise we have a full training course of new franchisees in September – this is the new benchmark for us.”
Dream Doors is currently recruiting for more franchisees for its 19 new franchise territories nationwide, particularly in the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Scotland.
