Kitchen makeover company turned over £7 million in July
Dream Doors turned over a record £7 million in July, despite the ongoing coronavirus crisis in the UK.
The kitchen makeover company saw a large increase in online enquiries and sales, as customers were forced to spend more time in their homes.
Ed Brewer, Dream Doors’ managing director, said the company’s business model and the hard work of showroom owners means the firm continues to succeed in turbulent times.
He explains: “Achieving this record £7 million monthly turnover during such a challenging period is mainly due to our sustained, strong investment in digital marketing throughout the COVID-19 lockdown.
“We’ve found that many of our customers are spending a lot more time at home, thinking about making over their kitchens and having the time to browse online and find us.
“Several showroom owners have told me that their customers have had holidays cancelled and refunded so they’ve decided to makeover their kitchens this year instead.
“Of course, none of our digital marketing strategies would be worthwhile without the hard work of our franchisees, who really strive to follow up on and make the most of every opportunity that comes their way.”
Dream Doors’ previous monthly turnover record was £5.5 million, which was achieved in January of this year.
