The regional discovery days will be hosted in the areas where Home Instead has a number of available franchise territories – York, Belfast and Ipswich
Home Instead is once again hosting regional discovery days in July 2021, allowing anyone who is interested in a franchise opportunity with a leading home care franchise to find out more information and ask any questions.
The regional discovery days will be hosted in the areas where Home Instead has a number of available franchise territories – the North East, the East of England and Northern Ireland. These are areas that are also seeing high demand for home care services.
Head of franchise development, Imogen Clarke, will be hosting the events and speaking about Home Instead’s franchise opportunity – the day-to-day operations, marketing, recruitment, profit and loss, among other things. She will also discuss the care sector more widely, as well as host a Q+A session.
Current Home Instead franchisees will also be in attendance so that individuals will have a chance to speak to existing owners and find out about their journey and how they have built a successful business.
Imogen will be joined by Lynn Elliot in Northern Ireland, owner of Home Instead Down and Lisburn – the first Home Instead franchise in the country. And in Ipswich, Imogen will be joined by Chris and Susanna Lye, owners of Home Instead Ipswich who established the office in 2009 just a few years after the franchise came to the UK.
Imogen said: “Over the past year, we have been unable to host in-person events as everything has been virtual. We are delighted to be ‘back on the road’, hosting events for prospective franchisees to find out about our model and what we offer, and meeting people who are as passionate about care as we are.
“We look for people who align with our ethos to join our network – those who are passionate about changing the face of ageing. As a management franchise, you don’t need experience in the sector, but you need to have strong and compassionate people skills and a real desire to help others.”
Imogen will be available to talk to those interested in a Home Instead franchise at the following events:
• Wednesday, 21 July – York, Marriot Hotel – 10.00 am-1.00 pm
• Thursday, 22 July –Belfast, Radisson Blu Hotel – 10.00 am-1.00 pm
• Wednesday, 28 July – Ipswich, Novotel Hotel – 10.00 am-1.00 pm
