PAUL UK seeks experienced investors and operators for priority locations
PAUL UK, the 38-store French artisan bakery, is seeking franchisees to assist in the national roll-out of the premium bakery brand.
The tried and tested operation, which has been proven in multiple countries and includes a BRC accredited bakery production site, provides franchisees with a national supply chain, economies of scale and a flexible retail format to fit any location.
They also receive full training and help with recruitment, marketing and PR.
Franchisees have a choice of three store models: Café (1,500 sq ft plus), Express (500-800 sq ft plus) and Kiosk (500 sq ft plus).
These can be sited in service stations and transport hubs, town and city centres as well as suburban villages.
PAUL has been baking bread and pastries for 130 years in France, has traded in London for the last 20 years and Oxford for over six years.
Mark Hilton, CEO of PAUL UK, says: “As we enter the franchise market, we will be looking for like-minded, experienced investors and operators who are just as passionate about baking and quality as we are.
“While we continue to grow the brand in London, we have also identified numerous national opportunities outside of the capital, which will be enabled predominantly, although not exclusively, by working with franchise partners.
“We are currently determining priority cities, but if approached by the right investors outside of these areas we’re open to having dialogue with them.”
