Independent agency expansions mean more jobs available in the local area and potentially more work for the estate and letting agents board contractor
A south coast estate agency, which has been operating since the 1980s, has recently opened its seventh office.
Its latest branch in Hove joins its list of offices in Worthing Town Centre, West Worthing, Findon, Lancing, Shoreham and a lettings headquarters in Broadwater.
The company rebranded last year and its managing director said: “For home-movers who are making moves along the coast, we are now able to offer a complete in-house service for buying, selling, renting and mortgages between Brighton and Littlehampton; which means better communication throughout the entire process.”
Its expansion, along with others around the UK, according to recent data by Estate Agent Today , means that there are more jobs available in the local area and potentially more work for Countrywide Signs franchisees.
Countrywide Signs franchisees are part of an industry that erect, manage and take down over 1 million ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ boards on display every day across the UK, working closely with estate agents to deliver a vital service to property buyers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants.
