5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction is awarded to a franchisor that receives above average feedback on all five of the key areas measured
The property claims management service franchise Aspray has received excellent feedback as part of the WorkBuzz Franchisee Satisfaction survey.
During the anonymous survey, currently trading franchisees were asked to rate the Aspray franchise in five key areas: training and support, the franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, and general satisfaction. To achieve the 5-star recognition, a franchisor must score above the industry average in all categories.
Aspray has achieved “amazing results”, especially in the leadership category where it scored a 16 per cent above the industry average.
