Workbuzz have issued the homecare franchise a five-star satisfaction award following franchisee feedback
Radfield Home Care has been given a five-star satisfaction award by Workbuzz for a second consecutive year.
The awards, which are based on anonymous feedback from franchisees, aim to recognise franchisors who are providing strong support to franchisees.
Radfield Home Care has rolled out several initiatives to help its franchisees as the brand continues to grow across the UK.
Its national office boasts one of the largest ratios of support team members to franchise partners in the home care sector, with one team member per two franchisee offices.
The business has particularly focused on providing an extensive onboarding programme known as Radfield Runway. In 2022, the training package was recognised by Princess Anne with a Princess Royal Training Award.
In 2023, it was also recognised at the annual Home Care Awards – winning the brand a ‘Team Support’ award and the title of ‘Most Outstanding Home Care Group.’
