The British & International Franchise Exhibition returns to London Olympia on March 13-14
In March, London Olympia will once again open its doors to visitors of The British & International Franchise Exhibition. The event offers new people on their search as well as seasoned experts an opportunity to meet with over 100 successful franchises and take their first step to owning their own successful business.
With over 900 franchise opportunities in the UK, The British & International Franchise Exhibition gives those considering the business model a chance to meet face to face with top brands.
Interest
Representing a cross-section of business sectors, exhibitors at this year’s event include Platinum Property Partners, Snack in the Box, Cafe2U, McDonald’s, Kare Plus, Mac Tools, EweMove, Anytime Fitness, Oscar Pet Foods and many more. As the largest international franchise event in the UK, there will be something of interest for every aspiring business owner.
One visitor who found inspiration at last year’s event was Paul Georgiou, a catering consultant from London. He says: “Face-to-face meetings early in the process at an event like this are vital for franchisors and franchisees to test and build relationships. I recommend prospective franchisees to come along to future exhibitions.”
The two-day event also incorporates an extensive seminar programme, which is free for all guests to attend. The seminars offer advice and tips from the British Franchise Association (bfa), business advisers, legal and financial professionals, and franchise owners, who will be able to offer attendees invaluable insight into what is required to manage a successful franchise business.
Visitors will also get the chance to learn from the experiences of existing franchisees at the Real Franchise Stories panels, as well as receive professional advice on business plans and skill sets at the Finance and Careers Clinics.
The International Franchise Conference will run over the course of the two-days, catering for those looking to expand overseas and those looking to enter into the UK market. Top brands, experts in international franchising and those who have ‘been there and done that’ will offer useful information for entering new territories.
Ethical
The British & International Franchise Exhibition is the only franchise event in London this spring supported by the bfa. The organisation’s strong business relationship and shared ethical stance on franchising practice offers visitors the peace of mind to openly discuss their next possible business venture with well established businesses.
In addition, The British & International Franchise Exhibition is sponsored by number one franchise in the world in 2014, Anytime Fitness, and supported by a number of international franchise experts and exhibition organisers from around the world. Through partnerships with organisations such as the US Commercial Service, the event continues to attract international brands such as McDonald’s, Anytime Fitness and Granite Transformations.
Guests are able to visit www. franchiseinfo.co.uk, which has an online meetings booking service, allowing visitors to browse the extensive exhibitor list and secure pre-booked appointments with companies of interest to their franchise requirements.
