The Blossom Home Care York office secures £800,000 contract with the City of York Council following rival brand shut down
Following the closure of another care company in the area due to severe concerns over operations, Blossom York were contacted by the local council to ensure the continuity of essential services to those in need. It is understood that this is due to Blossom being named as the council’s preferred care supplier.
This additional work is valued at circa £800,000.
Speaking about the development, co-founder John Leggott said: “Blossom Home Care is a proven solution for delivering quality care. We look forward to growing our working relationships with councils across the UK moving forwards.”
The business also said that the recent developments in York are evidence of how the Blossom’s industry reputation is creating greater revenue opportunities for franchisees.
“The success in York is testament to our proven business model, which emphasises quality care delivery, operational efficiency, and building strong relationships within the communities we proudly serve,” said a Blossom Home Care media release. “It is also a clear indicator of the Blossom franchise model’s robustness and ability to adapt and respond at very short notice.”
