The Premier Sport children’s coaching franchise has given Louise Elstone the chance to make an impact on her local community
Louise Elstone is the latest person to invest in the Premier Sport franchise. She has over 20 years of commercial experience, having led consumer marketing and business development teams across a number of sectors.
Louise is relishing the challenge of running her own business for the first time and working alongside fellow new physical activity and sports coordinators Gary Scroby and Lawrence Harvey to develop the Premier Sport brand in the south east.

“After being a Games Maker and part of the success of the London 2012 Olympics, I was keen to support its legacy and wanted something positive at grass roots level to inspire the next generation to become more active,” Louise says.
“Becoming a local physical activity and sports coordinator for Premier Sport in Windsor and Maidenhead not only offers me a great business and personal development opportunity, but also the chance to have an impact on my local community. My aim is to recruit and develop a team of talented and enthusiastic activity professionals who will make a positive difference to children’s lives through sport and PE across East Berkshire.”
Backed by some of the most recognised people in the world of sport, Premier Sport is the UK’s largest children’s coaching company of its kind, successfully delivering more than 20,000 sport and physical activity sessions every month. Premier Sport supports teachers in their curriculum delivery and provides parents with an invaluable service before, during and after school, as well as during holiday periods.
Premier Sport now has more than 90 local physical activity and sports coordinators and 600-plus activity professionals delivering sport and physical activity in schools across the UK.
