Who is Meridian Cleaning looking for?

Meridian Cleaning is currently seeking just two pilot franchisees to develop the business in exclusive areas as a prelude to its upcoming franchise network. It is looking for capable people with good personal skills and a flair for running their own business in their own exclusive area.

These pilot franchisees will be fully trained to run a small team of commercial cleaning personnel in their local area. Once fully trained, they will be responsible for the management of the business, including marketing, customer relations, quoting for work and providing a professional, efficient commercial cleaning service.

Meridian Cleaning fully supports all its personnel in all areas of their operation.

What training and support does Meridian Cleaning provide?

It provides full initial training in all aspects of the business. You will learn what makes Meridian Cleaning work successfully. 

Following a supervised start-up, you will be fully mentored to ensure you are able to develop and grow your business. Meridian Cleaning holds weekly and monthly meetings, quarterly seminars and an annual conference. Ongoing training and maintaining high standards is a priority, so you will always feel supported and part of the Meridian team.

What are the franchise terms?

Meridian Cleaning has a five-year franchise agreement, which is renewable every five years, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement. You can also sell your business at any time.

Special start-up terms for two pilot franchisees

Meridian Cleaning is a well-established business. However, it is new to franchising so it is looking for only two people at this stage to operate pilot franchises, fully supported by the head office. 

The appointed franchisees will benefit from a much-reduced franchise cost (please fill in the form for further information). Also, payment may be made over several months without interest. 

You will own the franchise business after a certain time in exactly the same way as if you had bought the franchise at full price. Terms and conditions apply to this offer.
