The specialist transport and logistics recruiter’s nationwide network of franchisees has hit the 100 mark.
A recruitment boom has seen the company open new offices in Derby, Swansea and Walsall.
In addition, new franchisees have taken over at existing offices in Bournemouth, Slough and Wakefield.
Commenting on the company’s successful start to 2013, Tony Goacher, Driver Hire’s network development director, says: “The interest and demand for Driver Hire franchises speaks volumes about the strength of our business and the outlook for the recruitment industry in general.
“Our network as a whole finished 2012/13 with a flourish and we’ve maintained that momentum during the early weeks of the new financial year, which is great news for all our franchisees.”
Driver Hire is looking to continue its network growth and has franchise opportunities available in locations across the UK.
“The driver recruitment market is worth an estimated £2 billion annually,” Tony continues.
“Online shopping is feeding demand for ‘final mile’ delivery drivers. Meanwhile, economic uncertainty means many businesses are using temporary labour to create a flexible workforce.
“Add to that Driver Hire’s 30 years of success and our proven franchise model and it’s easy to see why a Driver Hire franchise is such an attractive proposition.”
