Mike Bryant joins the virtual crane company
The virtual crane company Mycrane has welcomed its first UK, and indeed European, franchisee. Mike Bryant will hope to utilise his experience in the freight industry at Deugro and DB Schenker where he worked across several project management and business development roles. His Mycrane franchise partners are Peter Edwards of Park Lane Publishing and Luke King of Prospect Communications Service — Mycrane’s PR company.
As a franchisee, Mike will be tasked with promoting the online crane platform and getting local crane companies to register with the Mycrane service.
Mycrane founder, Andrei Geikalo, said: “Entering the European market is an exciting moment for Mycrane, which will soon be operational in three more important countries. With its burgeoning renewables sector, the UK will see a huge requirement for cranes of all sizes up to the 750-tonne class - not only for installation but also for component movements, offloads and storage.”
