Puddle Ducks achieves 5-star franchisee satisfaction rating for a record nine years

It was praised for the quality of its initial training and support, as well as the ongoing support provided to franchisees from the head office team

Nationwide child and baby swim school franchise, Puddle Ducks, has achieved glowing feedback from its franchisees, resulting in a 5-star franchisee satisfaction rating. It is one of four franchisors to achieve a 5-star rating for nine consecutive years.

The survey, conducted by independent consultancy WorkBuzz, asked Puddle Ducks’ 33 franchisees across the UK, to review the support provided to them by the national office team. Key themes reviewed were training and support, the system, culture and relationships, leadership, value and rewards, and general satisfaction.

Puddle Ducks was praised for the quality of its initial training and support, as well as the ongoing support provided to franchisees from the head office team. Franchisees believed there was a strong peer support network through which they supported one another and shared best practices. There was a strong recognition that the Puddle Ducks brand helps franchisees to attract customers, differentiating it from competition within the sector.

The quality of leadership within the network was highlighted, with franchisees having faith in the longevity of their business success and being proud to be part of the Puddle Ducks brand.
