The company has been a full member of the bfa since 2014
Puddle Ducks has recently been reaccredited with the British Franchise Association (bfa). The company has been a full member of the bfa since 2014, proving its commitment to ethical franchising and supplying the very best ongoing support to its franchise network.
Puddle Ducks is celebrating its 20th birthday this year, having grown its network extensively since establishing its franchise model. The network now spans 33 franchise offices, with many multi-unit owners. The network teaches over 24,000 children to swim each week!
Claire Mills, franchise manager of Puddle Ducks, said: “We are pleased to have reaccredited with the British Franchise Association. They are a key organisation in British franchising, providing ongoing support and advice to franchisors and franchisees across the sector. They also provide endless opportunities for the sector to share best practice and learn from one another, which is so valuable.”
Puddle Ducks has also been recognised by the bfa for its excellence in franchising through its annual awards. Franchisee Victoria Rowley was the proud recipient of this year’s Resilient Riser award, recognised for her impressive growth and the success of her business even in the face of difficult circumstances. Victoria has displayed continued passion and dedication towards her Puddle Ducks business despite a global pandemic, fighting a personal illness, and continuing with the business on her own after buying out her business partner.
Puddle Ducks franchisees grow sizeable, profitable baby and child swim schools. Through lessons, customers make lifelong memories and develop love and respect for the water. There are franchise territories available across England, Wales and Scotland, with scope for territory expansion.
