The Travel Franchise flew 50 of its franchisees to Fuerteventura in March as part if the business’ five-day millionaire’s retreat
Franchisees who invested in The Travel Franchise’s Elite franchise package were flown to Fuerteventura as part of a training exercise.
Led by co-founders Paul Harrison and Steve Witt, the event offers intensive training into how to skyrocket sales as a homeworking travel consultant.
During the day, workshops included tips on cruising, getting referrals, repeat customers, business planning, and sales techniques, while brand ambassador, TV-star Hayley Sparkes gave advice on social media.
In their spare time franchisees could explore TUI’s Magic Life resort in Jandia, Fuerteventura, as well as chat to representatives from TUI who were on-hand to answer questions.
Paul Harrison, co-founder of The Travel Franchise said: “As we recruit members from outside the travel industry, we plough significant resources into turning them into self-starting entrepreneurs and travel experts as quickly as possible. Our unique retreats abroad generate a return of investment several times over - they’re a springboard to success and many franchisees say they’re worth the franchise fee alone.”
Franchisee Pauline Luzha, said: “I have been blown away. The wealth of training and knowledge that I have gained is phenomenal, not just from the founders, but also from my supportive and helpful colleagues. To anyone considering joining the company, I would say don’t hesitate, it’s the best thing that I’ve ever done.”
Another franchisee, Dawn Carney, booked a few cruises while on the trip, despite a jammed-full schedule of events.
“I was so motivated that instead of exploring the area on the final afternoon, I utilised the time to put one of the sales’ strategies into action on the last day. This led to the successful sale of two cruise bookings on MSC and P&O Cruises, helping me achieve a significant milestone in my business,” said Dawn.
