A new two-day exhibition at Manchester Central will deliver inspiration, guidance and opportunities for women at any stage of their career
The North West is set to get its first-ever exhibition dedicated to supporting women through their careers, as Women in Business Expo announces its first event in the region, which takes place at Manchester Central, Manchester from 30 June until 1 July 2020.
The free-to-attend two-day event is a brand new education exhibition from Hub Exhibitions that delivers guidance, inspiration and business services to women at any stage of their career or business journey. Women in Business Expo North will feature four free seminar theatres and over 60 free seminars, as well as over 100 exhibitors.
Christie Day, group event director for Women in Business Expo, commented: “Manchester is a booming city to do business in. With the largest city region economy outside of London, it was an obvious place for us to host Women in Business Expo in the north.”
Women in Business Expo North is designed to provide an environment where women can learn, network and share experiences. Attendees will have access to a range of fascinating talks and some of the world’s most recognised brands, which will be providing business, franchise and career opportunities along with support for future career moves.
Day continued: “We want women all over the UK to feel empowered to pursue the career they want regardless of their stage in life. Whether that’s running their own business, progressing in their current company, returning to work after having children, taking on a franchise opportunity or something completely different. We’re excited to bring Women in Business Expo to Manchester so that women in the region can benefit from the valuable insights and opportunities our speakers and exhibitors will provide.”
In addition to franchise, technology, finance and business services, Women in Business Expo North will also be focusing a series of seminars and workshops on wellbeing in the workplace. This will provide education and insights on how to support and improve mental health in work.
