Papa John’s launches its biggest and best franchisee incentive scheme for 2014
Leading pizza franchise, Papa John’s, has launched its franchise incentive scheme for 2014.
Described as the company’s ‘biggest and best’ franchise offer to date, for a limited period deals include royalty holidays, free equipment, plus marketing spend for new stores opening in specific designated development zones in 2014.
“Papa John’s is focused on growth,” confirms Anthony Round, business development manager. “The company’s concept of ‘better ingredients, better pizza’ is enjoying success across the globe.
“For our franchisees closer to home, the UK market offers significant potential for expansion. We now have over 250 stores in the UK in 2014 and recently celebrated our 1,000th international store opening in London with our owner and founder John Schnatter.”
New franchisees
Anthony adds: “Last August we announced seven new franchisees had signed up to multi-site development plans as a result of our enterprise incentive scheme offer. The new franchisees are set to open 20 pizza stores serving up Papa John’s top quality pizzas throughout the North and Midlands over the next few months and we are looking for more people to become part of our success story.
“To help prospective franchisees bring our superior quality pizza to even more UK customers we have announced our biggest and best incentive scheme to date for 2014. For new stores opening in Wales, the Midlands, North East, the North West and Scotland we are offering a 12-month royalty break if opened by July 2014 or a nine-month royalty break for stores opening before the end of 2014.
“To get new franchisees off to a great start we are also supplying free oven and refrigerated equipment, plus an additional £10,000 of marketing spend for the store opening launch. The whole package could result in savings of £50,000 for your first Papa John’s store. These fantastic deals are only available for 2014 and are limited, so first come, first served.”
Papa John’s success is due to the popularity of its product, according to Anthony. “Our pizzas are created only using the highest quality ingredients and 100 per cent fresh dough to make a top quality pizza with a better natural flavour,” he explains. “Combine this with excellent customer service, rapid delivery times, a strong brand, comprehensive staff training and some hard hitting marketing support - Papa John’s is currently the official Pizza Partner of The Football League - and the franchise serves up a fantastic offer for those looking for a quality investment opportunity.”
Multiple sites
In 2014 Papa John’s will be encouraging enthusiastic franchisees who are keen to become multiple site operators. “For example, currently we are offering no additional franchise fee to open further outlets,” Anthony says. “In addition, our training is second to none. Staff and franchisees undergo a thorough training programme. In the UK the blended learning programme includes classroom style teaching, on-the-job training, plus working through a bespoke online training system to access 12 core modules designed to cover every essential aspect of the franchise.
“On top of training, marketing support, help with location selection and shop fit-out, we supply all the help you need to get your successful Papa John’s up and running.”
