Domino’s franchise masterclass

Manchester’s hungriest entrepreneurs are being invited to attend a free franchise masterclass on June 5 that will reveal the secrets to succeeding in one of the UK’s fastest-growing business sectors.

Says Andy Cooke, North West Franchise Sales Manager at Domino’s Pizza: “This is an exciting time for UK franchising and, even with the north west accounting for 10 per cent of the market, there is still huge potential for growth in the region.

“We’re hoping to discover entrepreneurs that are hungry for success and the chance to be their own boss - franchising can deliver exactly that, without all the pitfalls that can face traditional start-ups.”

The masterclass and drop-in session, being held at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, will include everything potential franchisees need to know, from choosing the right opportunity to finding finance.

A local Domino’s multi-unit franchisee will also be in attendance to offer a first-hand account of how to succeed in franchising. Domino’s will also be outlining existing opportunities in the north west within its own business. The company has over 460 stores, but still only 40 per cent of all UK households have access to a Domino’s Pizza.

Says Cooke: “We aim to open 50 new stores a year and that means 50 new business opportunities for entrepreneurs who want their own slice of the fast-growing pizza delivery market.

“Our franchisees see an exceptional return on their investment. In fact, latest figures show that, on average, their gross earnings are over three times the amount of comparable business managers.”
