Home Instead was also named one of only 17 finalists across five categories by employee engagement specialist, WorkBuzz, organisers of the conference and awards.
Finalists were chosen based on feedback from their franchisees which was gathered through a confidential franchisee satisfaction survey, conducted earlier this year. The 2019 scores gave Home Instead a 5-star satisfaction rating for the sixth time and allowed the brand to be put forward as a finalist for the award.
Speaking about it, Brown said: “It’s fantastic to be winners in these awards as the win is based on feedback from our franchise network.
“In the survey conducted by WorkBuzz, our franchisees rated us on attributes such as the quality of our new franchisee induction training, the level and quality of ongoing support we provide, their relationship with us and whether they would recommend the Home Instead brand as a franchise opportunity to others. Their ringing endorsement of the brand and satisfaction with their franchise experience with Home Instead has gained us this award so it is extra special for us.”
Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz said: “We’d like to congratulate the winners – they are the creme de la creme of UK franchising. If you’re a prospective franchisee, whilst nothing guarantees that you’ll be successful, these franchisors are a great place to start your search.”
