The company held a conference in Marbella for franchisees to meet and share their achievements from 2022
Members of the van-based cleaning franchise My Window Cleaner have travelled to Marbella to celebrate the shared successes seen across the brand in 2022.
This was the first in-person conference the franchise has held since the pandemic. It was an opportunity for franchisees to reflect on a significant year and share their plans and ideas for stepping up their operations in 2023 and beyond.
The three-day conference was the ideal opportunity for much of the current network to meet and socialise for the first time following a period of expansion throughout Covid. Senior franchisees shared their stories with newer members of the network and helped them to conceptualise how to achieve further growth and success. The conference contributed heavily to franchise development plans.
Karen Prewer, managing director and founder of My Window Cleaner, says: “It was fantastic to finally come together as a network after such a long wait! It was made even more special by some franchisees being given the chance to meet in person for the first time ever.
“This period of celebration is the ideal way to close our most successful year to date, and we can’t wait to use this as an opportunity to make next year and beyond even more fruitful for the My Window Cleaner franchise network. We have incredibly exciting plans and we’re equally taking so much away with us after what’s been a brilliant month for our fast-growing, people-driven franchise.”
My Window Cleaner ranked top for window cleaning franchises in the Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100), and it will hold the title throughout 2023. The company also recognised some of its franchisees for their efforts throughout 2022. David Albon and Emma Koch won the Franchisee of the Year award, Oli Ford secured the Emerging Franchisee of the Year award, and Will and Kerry Hayton won the Outstanding contribution to the MWC network award.
Karen adds: “Being one of the UK’s top franchise brands is something we’re incredibly proud of. The EF100 recognises quality and outstanding service – both things that resonate heavily in our ethos. It proudly sits at the heart of everything we do, as we constantly raise the standards within the cleaning sector and champion our incredible workforce.”
My Window Cleaner has plans underway for another year of investment, development and network expansion. The brand is already taking further strides in its mission to become the leading home services brand in the UK.
