The new tool offers a completely new look and feel after a three-year development to all company websites
A new bespoke online operations resource has been developed for TaxAssist Group franchisees.
TaxAssist franchisees in the UK, Ireland, Australia, US and Canada can now benefit from the new platform, following a three-year development project to revamp all the TaxAssist websites.
The TaxAssist support site is integral to the running of a franchisee’s business and acts as an online operations manual, as well as a lead customer relationship management system, ticket system, reporting and booking system.
The new features include a new search engine and a number of performance enhancements.
There is also a much more scalable and robust base platform from which to develop the site further in the future.
Richard Washington, head of group technology, said: “A wealth of information is contained on our easy-to-use internal support website.
“After an extensive period of research and development, the new support site offers a completely new look and feel, with a mobile-friendly/tablet interface as well as improved usability.
“All support teams and franchisees in the five countries in which we operate have been trained on how to use the new site and feedback has been very positive so far, with compliments in particular about the enhanced search facility.”
