TV broadcaster Eamonn Holmes has joined The Travel Franchise’s marketing efforts on internal and external campaigns

The Travel Franchise will be working with Eamonn Holmes to help franchisees increase their reach on social media as well as gain inspiration from the TV personality.
Co-founder of The Travel Franchise and Not Just Travel Paul Harrison said: “Having Eamonn join us is a real coup as he has a wealth of experience in the travel sector hosting travel programmes such as BBC1’s Holiday programme.
“Eamonn will help us in many areas of our business using his presenting skills to engage and inspire our network of travel consultants and help them with their social media reach. He will also attend conferences and our international retreats as a key motivational speaker.”
Holmes has been working as a television anchor for more than 26 years on shows such as GMTV, Sky News, and GB News.
The Travel Franchise said it noted how vocal Holmes had been in regard to the pandemic’s impact on travel agents.
Holmes said: “I’m excited to start spreading the word about the value and service of personal travel agents and about the amazing holidays Not Just Travel provides.”
“Working in news means that I often see or report on how the travel industry is disrupted. During the pandemic it was clear that people who had booked through travel agents had support, advice and expertise when they needed it most.
“I would never think of booking my holiday independently myself. I pick up a phone and talk to a travel consultant who I know and trust and can add value and security.”
It is hoped that Eamonn’s reach and personality will help franchisees as they continue to build their businesses.
