In addition to the company’s pre-training, it offers a comprehensive five-day induction course to prepare you for your role as a Stagecoach franchisee. You’ll also be helped to secure your first venue and recruit experienced DBS checked teachers. On top of this, you’ll have access to a dedicated regional franchise manager, ongoing support from the 45- strong team at the Stagecoach support centre and resources, materials and programmes from the education team.

The franchisee’s role is to manage the teaching team, oversee operations to ensure their schools run smoothly and promote Stagecoach in the local area. The franchise model allows you to run your own business alongside other commitments and grow at your own pace - Stagecoach runs for 36 weeks a year, allowing a great work-life balance.
