Heritage Healthcare first met Cardiff based Jameela Rangoonwala at the National Franchise Exhibition in Birmingham in October 2013. Jameela became the first franchisee to open a Heritage Healthcare franchise in November 2014.

Since the launch of her business, Jameela has completed the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social, hugely improving her knowledge of the care sector.
