The established commercial cleaning specialist has introduced a promotion to help new franchisees through the tricky first year by guaranteeing a minimum profit for the first 12 months of the business.
Franchise development director Dan Archer explains: “We have taken the decision to, in essence, underwrite the future success of a franchisee by paying them a guaranteed Profit pledge NIC Services Group’s new initiative aims to help franchisees through their first year in business minimum monthly amount from day one of the business.
“Our experience tells us that over the course of the first year the business becomes profitable quite quickly, but with the guaranteed minimum profit the franchisee can be sure that, no matter how long the first contracts take to start the business, they will be generating an income - even while training.”

In addition, NIC also helps new franchisees secure turnover from contracts with sales support on something called the Business Builder. “With a launch marketing plan and our telesales team making appointments for the franchisees, we help to get the business off the ground,” Dan says.
“As a management franchise, we expect the franchisee to be the managing director of the business at the local level. They manage their cleaning staff, manage the client relationships and manage the quality of the service. We take care of many other aspects of the business centrally. From invoicing and credit control to payroll and telemarketing, our support frees the franchisee up to focus on what’s important.”
